Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, parcel size, and weight. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Delivery Timeframes

UK orders: Normally delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, in accordance with UK consumer law.
India orders: Delivery timelines vary by destination and will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation email.

Handmade & Artisan Products All Karigarwala pieces are handmade by skilled Indian artisans. Natural variations in colour, texture, finish, and form are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.

Packaging Orders are carefully packaged to protect handmade items in transit. Please retain original packaging if you need to make a return.

Taxes & Duties

UK customers: Prices are displayed in GBP. Any applicable VAT is included or shown at checkout.
India customers: Prices are displayed in INR. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
For international orders, any import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@karigarwala.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will resolve the issue in line with applicable consumer law.
