Where We Ship

We ship from our United Kingdom fulfilment centre to the UK, Europe, the United States, and destinations worldwide.

Shipping availability can vary by destination, product size and weight. Larger or heavier pieces may not be available for international delivery — where this applies, no international shipping option will appear at checkout. If you would like to arrange delivery of a larger piece outside the UK, please contact us at hello@karigarwala.com and we will quote for it individually.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm your order.

International

International shipping is priced by weight, starting from:

Europe - from £9.99, delivered in 4–6 days
United States - from £8.99, delivered in 5–14 days
Rest of World - from £11.99, delivered in 5–14 days

The price increases in steps according to parcel weight. Your exact rate is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Size & Weight Limits

Our carrier services carry the following limits:

UK standard and express services: up to 2kg per parcel.
UK large item service: up to 25kg per parcel, mainland UK only.
International services: up to 2kg per parcel, with maximum dimensions of 25 × 15 × 10cm.

Because many of our pieces are handmade ceramics, glass and stoneware, some items exceed these limits and cannot be sent internationally through our standard services. Where that is the case, international shipping options will not appear at checkout for that item. Please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote.

Delivery Timeframes

UK Orders

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery method, courier, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For UK online orders, goods should normally be delivered within 30 days, unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you.

International Orders

Standard delivery to Europe typically takes 4–6 business days, and to the United States and rest of world 5–14 business days. These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery services, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Handmade & Artisan Products

All Karigarwala products are handmade or artisan-crafted by skilled craftspeople.

Natural variations in colour, texture, finish, pattern, size, and form are inherent to handmade production and are not considered defects. Each piece may therefore have its own unique characteristics.

Packaging

Orders are carefully packaged using recycled and recyclable materials to help protect handmade products during transit.

Please retain the original packaging until you are satisfied with your order, particularly if you may need to return the item.

Taxes & Duties

UK Customers

Prices are displayed in GBP. Any applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, will be included in or clearly shown at checkout.

International Customers

For orders delivered outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority, are payable by you on delivery or collection, and are not included in the shipping charge you pay us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@karigarwala.com.

Please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Photographs of the outer packaging.
Photographs of the inner packaging and delivery label.
A brief description of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally the customer's responsibility, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law, we will handle return shipping in accordance with your legal rights.
