For UK online orders, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We'll review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in line with UK consumer regulations.
