Hand Painted Paper Mache Geometric Bottle Vase

Its rounded body and narrowed neck give this decorative vase the organic silhouette of a gourd, while bands of hand-painted geometry bring structure and rhythm to the surface. Crosshatched panels, chevrons, fine lines and freely drawn marks wrap around the form, creating a strong folk-inspired composition.

The fuller base gives the vase a grounded presence, while the tapered upper section adds height without making it visually heavy. Made from papier-mâché, it remains lightweight and easy to move, despite its substantial appearance.
